Brian was a self proclaimed computer geek with extensive computer and networking knowledge and always liked to take things apart.  Brian is an extremely self motivated individual and is a firm believer that getting caught up in repetition and being comfortable doing so meant you had stopped growing and learning.  Because of this mindset, he continually pushes himself to think outside the box and always look for a more productive and economical way to achieve the same or better result. In the late 90’s Brian left Sound Electrical Services to start Cabling Technologies LLC.  He focused on technology and electronics and specializing in the residential home automation market.  His computer geek mentality helped him expand his knowledge in programming automation systems which included Lighting Control, Distributed Audio/Video and other various environmental integrations such as HVAC and Energy Management systems. He thrived at creating a strong reputation as being a premiere systems integrator. Brian has always had the ability to engage people and capture their attention by exceeding their expectations.  By doing so, he has been able to create and secure lasting relationships with clients which have proven to be invaluable to his success.

Kieran O’Hara is a seasoned electrical contractor who served his apprenticeship in the local union.  After achieving his electrical apprenticeship license, he went to work for a Wilton Electrical Contractor and continued to gain extensive comprehension and excel in his trade.  Upon completing the electrical masters’ exam, Kieran was motivated to take things to the next level and had the entrepreneurial spark to light the fire.  With a strong desire to take ownership for his creations, it leads to the formation of Sound Electrical Services.  SES was a successful electrical contracting company that focused on the residential and commercial market servicing Fairfield County.  With family ties to other trades, Kieran’s knowledge in plumbing and HVAC only added to his reputation of being a unique tradesman.  His ability to work with large and sophisticated heating and cooling systems secured his place in the commercial market.  Always growing and desiring more, Kieran expanded his knowledge into all aspects of the control wiring and configurations which drive these HVAC systems.  Once mastered, everything else seemed elementary.    

Brian and Kieran both had a very successful history working together as electricians.  Long after Brian had left working for Kieran, they continued to maintain an open and friendly relationship while building and growing their separate companies.  They continued pushing and nudging each other to gain more experience and maintain an elite status in their own trade.  One evening after talking shop - Brian Jaworoski and Kieran O’Hara, a couple of extraordinary entrepreneurs, talked about the unfortunate and all too common results of poor communication between their clients and multiple trade contractors. It prompted them to ask each other - why not just one company serves as the clients’ liaison and we could package and coordinate all aspects of a homes electronic technology and just simplify the client’s lifestyle. They saw the immediate need for a well designed and truly integrated service provider under one roof. The obvious solution was to unite both the high voltage electrical company with the seasoned low voltage technology and integration firm. The uniting of these two dissimilar contractors provided a new and unique solution that simplified the client’s lifestyles and promoted the every day use of complicated systems.  The now obvious evolution of our industry was only a matter of time and Cabling Technologies Corp was founded.
